"We used to fight for building blocks. Now we fight for blocks with buildings that make a killing." Jay Z

"Yeah, I'm that invested, but you can't attest it / Million dollar goals, managed to manifest it / The family never going anorexic." Jay Z

I treat real estate like a dojo. Right now, I'm in the early forms—learning definitions, laws, the footwork. It's not glamorous, it's not flashy, but it's where presence is built.

Studying for the license, breaking down contracts, running numbers on cash flow. Each repetition is a jab, a kick, a block. My belt isn't black yet, but every day I show up, the fabric gets tighter.

This dojo isn't about flipping houses on TV. It's about stacking fundamentals so when the market tests me, I can adapt. And just like in martial arts, the test is coming, but I'll be ready.

"We hit makers with acres, roll shakers in Vegas; you can't break us."

I love the dough Notorious B.I.G., Angela Winbush, Jay-Z.
